Francois Vallana Appointed Chief Executive Officer
Sixthfin accelerates its growth by strengthening its governance and increasing investment in technology, AI and R&D.
London, 3 September 2026. In a separation of roles, Francois Vallana becomes CEO and the founder, Jean‑Marc Allouët moves to Chairman. The French fintech firm specialises in risk detection and process optimisation solution for finance, control and audit departments. This segregation of duties drives a new phase of acceleration for the business, whose solutions are deployed in more than 70 countries and used by major international groups, including around ten CAC 40 companies (the French blue-chip stock index).
Strengthened Governance
Francois Vallana has built his career at the intersection of technology and customer value creation and is a recognised executive in the software, data and B2B platform sectors. He notably contributed to the development of Enablon, a Paris-based start-up that became a global market leader before being acquired by Wolters Kluwer in 2016, and subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of Vecteur Plus.
Vallana’s appointment will drive three priorities: accelerating commercial growth, scaling internal processes and further expanding internationally. This will be supported by his experience in leading high-growth technology businesses, combined with proven expertise in transformation and operational execution
“Finance departments face increasingly complex compliance and data management requirements. Sixthfin has developed a unique platform that provides a practical and high‑performance response to these challenges. Joining the team at this pivotal moment in its history is a strategic opportunity to transform this technological advantage into an essential market standard,” said Francois Vallana, Chief Executive Officer of Sixthfin.
A Founder Fully Dedicated to Innovation
Vallana joins Sixthfin in a position of strength. The company’s solutions are now deployed in more than 70 countries and adopted by leading multinational groups, including around ten CAC 40 companies. This adoption demonstrates both the relevance of the platform and the significant growth potential now open to the business.
As Founder and Chairman, Jean‑Marc Allouët will focus fully on product vision and the expansion of initiatives dedicated to technology, AI and R&D, including the continuous enhancement of the platform with new functionalities and the strengthening of relationships with business partners.
“Francois’s arrival marks a decisive milestone. His operational and commercial expertise is the perfect complement to our product vision. Together, we form a highly complementary leadership team capable of significantly accelerating our growth while maintaining the high standards and quality that Sixthfin’s clients value,” said Jean‑Marc Allouet, Founder and Chairman of Sixthfin.
